We also log behavioural data: which games you play, when you play, how much you bet, and your transaction history. This data helps us detect fraud, enforce our terms, and provide customer support. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your login, preferences, and gaming history. Most cookies expire after 30 days; some persist longer for security purposes.
Data we collect from your device
When you use our fyrwin app, we collect your device type, operating system version, app version, and IP address. We may also access your approximate location (city or region level) to verify you are in a jurisdiction where our services are available. We do not access your camera, contacts, or calendar without explicit permission. We do not sell your location data to third parties.
Our fyrwin data retention is limited
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we retain records for up to seven years for regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete them.
Third-party data processors on fyrwin
We use third-party processors for specific functions. Payment processors (Xendit, Doku, or similar) handle your bank and e-wallet transactions. We do not store your full bank details ourselves; instead, our payment processor stores and encrypts them. Identity verification providers (Onfido, Jumio, or similar) verify your ID documents. We send a photo of your ID to them; they return a pass/fail result, then delete the photo. Cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) host our servers and databases.
Each processor signs a data protection agreement with us. They cannot use your data for their own marketing or sell it to other companies. They must delete data on our request or after a set retention period. We audit our processors annually to ensure compliance.
Your Rights and Our fyrwin Commitments
You have the right to access your data anytime. Log into your fyrwin account and download your transaction history, betting records, and account information through the Account Settings menu. You have the right to correct inaccurate data—if your name or address is wrong, contact our Customer Support team and we will update it. You have the right to delete your account and associated data, subject to a 30-day waiting period (to allow dispute resolution and regulatory compliance). After 30 days, we delete all personal data except records required by law.
You have the right to opt out of marketing emails. Every email we send includes an "Unsubscribe" link. You can also disable promotional notifications in your app settings. You cannot opt out of transactional emails (account alerts, withdrawal confirmations, support responses) because these are necessary for account security.
Data security and encryption on fyrwin
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) to protect data in transit. All passwords are hashed; we do not store them in plain text.
